Roger Hiorns makes use of unlikely materials, creating surprising physical and aesthetic transformations on found objects. O-SB designed a book to accompany Artangel's Seizure exhibition, for which Hiorns coated the interior of a soon-to-be-demolished council house with blue copper sulphate crystals. The book was intended to be like a manual. It revealed much about the artists' working method by reproducing photocopied pages from his sketchbook, pages from library books he had referenced, and technical drawings explaining the chemical process involved.
